1. Who we are

AL-MAYAR HOME DECOR, LLC. is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States (EIN 83-1680739), with a registered address at 651 Commerce Center Dr Unit 555, Jacksonville, FL 32225, USA. You can reach us at support@almayarhome.shop.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout.

3. Products & description

Our products are decorative homeware inspired by Moroccan and North African craft traditions. All motifs are abstract, geometric, or drawn from the public domain. Our pieces are a purely decorative, lifestyle aesthetic and are not religious articles, ceremonial objects, or items of worship.

We make every effort to display colours, materials and dimensions accurately, but handcrafted items vary slightly piece to piece, and screens render colour differently. Minor variation is a feature of handmade goods, not a defect.

4. Pricing, currency & payment

All prices are listed and charged in USD (US dollars). The total payable, including shipping, is shown before you confirm payment.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card details. Your card or bank statement will show the descriptor "ALMAYARHOME DECOR".

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where pricing is clearly erroneous, where we suspect fraud, or where stock is unavailable; in such cases any amount charged is refunded in full.

5. Shipping & risk

Shipping terms, timeframes and duties are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; please see our Refund & Returns Policy for transit-damage claims.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products in a way that misrepresents their origin. Full terms are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All site content — text, imagery, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Almayarhome and may not be reproduced without permission. Our brand name and marks may not be used without written consent.

9. Product safety & liability

Our products are decorative and must be used as described. Please follow the safety notes on each product page (including notes for battery candles, fragile glass and mirrors, and metal edges). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Florida shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here, last updated June 18, 2026. Material changes take effect when posted.
