We want you to love what arrives. This policy explains when and how you can return an item, when refunds apply, and how we handle transit damage. It applies in addition to any non-waivable consumer rights in your country.
1. Return window
You may return eligible, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email us with your order number.
2. What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging — eligible for return within 14 days.
- Faulty or incorrectly supplied items — always eligible for replacement or refund.
3. What cannot be returned
For hygiene and fragility reasons, the following are non-returnable unless faulty: opened textiles (pillow covers, throws, rugs, pouf covers) and mirrors or glass items once unpacked. Bundle and clearance items follow the same rules as their components.
4. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and we recommend an insured, tracked service. For faulty or wrongly-supplied items, we cover return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied. We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Damaged in transit
Mirrors, glass and metal pieces ship double-boxed and insured. If something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
7. How to start a return
Email support@almayarhome.shop with your order number and reason. We'll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
