1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide. All orders are priced and charged in USD.
2. Costs & free shipping
Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Orders over $120 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
3. Processing & delivery times
- Processing: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
- Domestic (US) delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: typically 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
4. Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local rules before ordering.
5. Fragile & insured items
Mirrors, glass and metal pieces are double-boxed with edge protection and shipped insured. Please inspect on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours (see Refund & Returns Policy).
6. Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact us and we'll investigate.
