We ship flat and protected across the United States. Here's exactly what to expect after you order.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days (Mon-Fri). Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimates are from dispatch, not order time, and exclude any carrier delays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
Damaged or lost parcels
We pack frames and glazing with corner protection. If a parcel arrives damaged, email support@almayarhome.shop within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging and we’ll send a free replacement or full refund. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier trace.
Failed or refused delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused, we’ll refund the item value once it arrives back; original shipping is non-refundable in that case. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Taxes & duties
Applicable U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address. As we ship domestically only, there are no import duties.
