You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging with all parts included.

Email support@almayarhome.shop with your order number and the items you want to return. We’ll reply with a return address and instructions within one business day. Please don’t send items back before you hear from us.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue a refund to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) in USD within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. We refund the item price; original shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover return postage. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it and send a prepaid label. We recommend a tracked service — we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid.

For hygiene and safety we can’t accept items that have been assembled, mounted or installed, adhesive products (hooks, pads) once the backing is removed, or items returned without their original packaging. This does not affect your rights for faulty goods.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we’ll cancel it for a full refund. Once dispatched, please use the return process above.
