What we collect
Contact and delivery details you provide (name, email, shipping address, phone); order and payment status (we do not store full card numbers — those are handled by our payment processors); messages you send us; and basic device and usage data collected through essential cookies and analytics.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, provide customer support, send transactional messages (order and shipping updates), prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send occasional product updates. Our lawful bases under GDPR are contract performance, legitimate interest and consent.
Payment processors
Card payments are processed by Stripe and, where selected, PayPal. When you pay, the relevant processor receives the data needed to complete the transaction under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits and status), never your full card number.
Sharing
We share data only with providers who help us run the store — payment processors, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers — under contract and only as needed. We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and meet U.S. tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.
